The Venue
Bowood, a beautiful 2,000-acre estate in the Cotswolds, will be the setting for both our ceremony and reception. Surrounded by parkland, water, and wild deer, it’s a truly special place — and we can’t wait to share it with you.
Getting There
Bowood is easily accessible by car, and there is free parking available on site for all guests. You’ll find the exact location on the following map.
Staying at Bowood
Guests are welcome to stay at the Bowood Hotel, where the celebrations will take place. Rooms are limited, so we recommend booking early if you'd like to stay on site.

When is the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP by the Sunday 6th July so we can have an accurate headcount.
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will begin at 2 o’clock. Please arrive from 1pm to allow time to be seated — the bar will be open if you wish to enjoy a drink beforehand.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will follow indoors, with access to outdoor spaces including the courtyard and surrounding gardens.
What is the dress code?
Formal attire, black tie preferred. While black tie is preferable, please don't feel obligated to purchase a new suit for the occasion. Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?
We would love for you to take photos and share with us. However, please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony as we have a photographer taking pictures.
